Samiksha “Sam” Talreja is a Registered Physiotherapist with more than eight years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Sciences before later pursuing studies in Health Administration Leadership in Canada.
Throughout her career, Samiksha has worked with a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions in both hospital and private practice settings. She has experience treating sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Known for her welcoming personality, positive energy, and patient-centered approach to care, Samiksha focuses on understanding each individual’s goals and creating personalized treatment plans that support recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness through evidence-based physiotherapy and exercise therapy.
Her passion for movement and fitness extends beyond the clinic. Being highly enthusiastic about sports and an active lifestyle, she enjoys going to the gym and regularly practices Pilates and yoga to maintain overall strength, flexibility, and balance. She strongly believes in the importance of movement not only for physical recovery but also for mental well-being.
Samiksha also has a deep passion for travelling and exploring different cultures and experiences. She has travelled extensively across India and the United States and is now looking forward to exploring Europe in the near future.
In her free time, she enjoys meditation, which helps her feel calm, focused, and mentally refreshed. She believes meditation allows her to approach both life and patient care with greater clarity, mindfulness, and positivity.
