Meet Amanpreet Kaur Thethi, a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them. She brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to care, taking the time to understand each patient as an individual—not just the injury or condition they are experiencing.
With over six years of clinical experience across private practice, hospital, and academic settings in Canada and India, Amanpreet has a strong foundation in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and holds a Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Disorders.
Her approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement and postural education, and practical self-management strategies with individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation and post-operative care, complemented by additional training in vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ disorders and craniofacial pain and pelvic physiotherapy.
Outside the clinic, Amanpreet enjoys baking for her husband and two children and spending time outdoors with her family—especially hiking, camping, travelling, and exploring new places together.
Amanpreet is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
